CANCELLATION POLICY

You will be able to set your own cancellation and prepayment policies in your extranet.

From June 1, 2023, a new way of harmonizing the commission comes into force of the general conditions of the contract.


The previous method of adjustment of the commission on a monthly level has been replaced with DYNAMIC adjustment of the commission.


Dynamic adjustment of the commission that comes into force on June 5, 2023:


If there is a change in the reservation about which we were not informed beforehand or a cancellation of the reservation about which we were not informed, or the guest does not show up (no show), you must record all the cases mentioned in the system within 3 days from the day of the guest's departure at the latest.


Reconciliation of the commission must be done only in the following cases:

1.the guest has not arrived nor is he planning to arrive

2.the guest did not arrive, but you agreed that he would come at a later date

3. The guest has arrived, but the amount of the reservation has changed (e.g. due to a change in the date, number of people, meal service, etc.)

 

In case the guest has arrived and there are no changes in the reservation, there is NO need to adjust the commission. An invoice for the reservation will be issued to you automatically.


1. Reconciliation of the commission of reservations made in May 2023, as before, must be reconciled by June 10, 2023. year under the item Invoicing → Reconciliation of commission


2. You can adjust the commission for reservations made since June 2023 in the following interval:

 

From the day of the guest's arrival (check-in day)

Until midnight on the 3rd day after the guest's departure (no later than 3 days after the check-out date)

  

↳ Example: Reservation period: 20.8.2023.-25.08.2023. The guest did not arrive on August 20, 2023.

For that reservation, the period to indicate that the guest has not arrived will be 20.08.-28.08.2023.


↳ Example: Reservation period: 14.7.2023-17.7.2023. The guest did not arrive on 7/14/2023.

For this reservation, the period to indicate that the guest has not arrived will be 14.07.-20.07.2023.

guest.

Current commission rate is 14% (+VAT).
