WSPay is one of myRent partners. WSPAY provides online payment service for clients who wants to charge guests credit cards from OTA's portal or connect their WEB site with WSPAY. It will allow when guests visit their web site, in the time of reservation it will transfer guest to the payment form where guest can reserve and pay.


How does it work, once you received the booking, then you will have 2 ways of charging the client:

1. WSPAY - payment form - myRent will provide with a link which you will send to the guest. Guest clicking on link will be transfered to WSPAY booking form and he will manualy add credit card details and make the payments.

2. WSPAY POS With some OTA's (online internet portals) like b.com, Expedia, VRBO, Holidu etc.. you will receive credit card details together with guest details. You will then log into a virstua WSPAY POS and manualy charge the credit card.


NOTE: The role of WSPAY is to take the money from the guest and send to the bank. Then bank will charge their commission and send the rest of the money to your account. WSPAY will charge you on monthly base their commission for their service.


WSPAY offers different services:


1. WSPAY - payment form

It is classic payment method when guest is being directed to the payment form in the time of the reservation.


2. WSPAY - tokenization

WSPay Click and Pay is a service that allows merchants who use the WSPay system to provide their customers with EASY, FAST AND SAFE one-click purchases. The system allows tokenization of the customer's credit card (saving of card data) for subsequent purchases on the website. Saving card information is safe and secure and it is not possible to compromise card information at any time. In short, it is a tokenization of your customers' card and allows your registered customers to make further purchases without entering the card number.

To take an example, most of the agencies are charging when the reservation has been made. Amount of the deposit depends on each client. Once you charged the credit card, the same credit card will be saved at WSPay server and when the time arrives to charge the second part of reservation, you will have an access to it and charge it with out any authorization.


3. WSPAY - virtual POS device and creation of QR code

Sometimes property owners when working with specific OTA's, they will have to charge the guest. Some portal offer payment service. For example Booking.com and Expedia offer "collect" service, meaning they will charge the client and after the client is gone they will transfer money to the owner. For that service portals will take certain provision.

If you don't want to use their service, OTA's will provide you via myRent credit card number which you can charge. WSPAY will provide you virtual POS device as a WSPAY APP and you will can take the credit card and charge the guest.


For all myRent clients, WSPAY and myRent made a special deal to offer at special price WSPAY service.

myRent is completely connected with WSPAY and working under stricts EU standards. All credit card details are save stored at WSPAY servers. Both WSPAY and myRent are PCI standards.

All credit cards are accepted


Prices:

If you  prefer receiving money in HRK then the price for myRent is: 2380,00 kn/yearly + 0,60 kn per each transaction + the costs of bank of your business.


*If you prefer receiving money in EU then the price is 1,20 kn instead of 0,60.

*When having EUR as currency then the bank for transactions is SIX Payments (as in Croatia official currency is HRK).

IMPORTANT: On the top of it, you will still HAVE TO PAY a service with bank (depending of which credi card you are will like to accept). Credit card provider (bank) doesn't matter if it Croatian bank or SIX payments will contact you directly. You will need to agree on their term and conditions.


"WSPAY is just provider who transfers the money from the guest to the bank."


Documents:

When filing out the documents and it is important to know in which currency you will work HRK or EUR.

If you are using HRK that means that all transactions you made, at the end on your account you will have HRK.

If you decided to have EUR that means you will be using SIX payments - when you charge clients using SIX payments that means that the money on your account will only in EUR and NOT in HRK.


In the price are all three services included (payment form, tokenization, virtual POS device - APP). It just depends on you what part of service you want to use.


NOTE: IF YOU USING EUR AS A CURRENCY THEN YOU NEED TO FILL OUT AN ADDITIONAL DOCUMENT KYC SIX WHICH YOU CAN FIND IN ATTACHEMENT AT THE BOTOOM OF THE PAGE.

AS WELL YOU NEED TO SEND A COPY OF EUR ACCOUNT AND COPY OF YOUR ID.
