To have communicate with guests you needed to go to VRBO extranet.

To avoid that we have implemented messages via myRent, which means you dont have to to extranet any more. In each reservation details you will find section "messages" which are connected with VRBO extranet.


It means that messages in myRent are connected with extranet of VRBO and you dont have go to extranet to write a message ou can just write the message in myRent and it will appear in guest extranet in their VRBO account.


Beside writing messages you can send documents as well. It is convenient as some of the property owners send some check in instructions or any kind of informations. Now with myRent messages you can easily send documents and it will also appear in extranet of the guests.



Beside sending messages to guest you can as well send a message to the owner. You have to just choose to whom you want to send to owner. It will be sent it as a email.




IMPORTANT: to send a message to owner you need to connect property with an owner. You can do it in myRent owner portal.
