If your new property is not active even though you add all data in myRent and in VRBO extranet under status you get information: LOCAL LAWS. As per new requirements from VRBO, each property connected to channel manager has to have added REGISTRATION NUMBER. This registration number you have to add MANUALY in extranet of VRBO


Find steps where you can add it:

Go to the list of properties, under status of each property you have to click: MANAGE - EDIT PROPERTY


It will open a new window and then you need to click on: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION



Please add your registration number (VAT company number/or person number) under REGULATORY:


Once the data is added under status has to be changed as COMPLETED.
