As for the each reservation from Holidu you are taking care of the payments.

If for any reason, guest does not pay in the given time, you need to cancel the reservation in myRent.


If booking gets cancelled it’s important to inform Holidu about it before the 5th calendar day of the invoicing month. Cancellations received after this date will be invoiced at the full commission rate.You can cancel the booking via our Partner Portal.


Before you click DELETE in myRent you need to as well click: "Cancel rent on Holidu" and cancel the reservation in myRent.


After you canceled in myRent you still need to cancel it in Extranet of Holidu.




This you will find in each reservation details which came from Holidu




once you clicked on "Cancel rent o Holidu" it will send an info to Holidu and then you still need to cancel the reservation in myRent.
