To cancel reservation on Holidu, depends on what kind of contract you have with Holidu.
1. Payment by you (agency, private owner)
2. Payments by Holidu
1. If you are taking care of payments then and the quests requests to cancel the reservation or you need to cancel the reservation:
Before you click DELETE in myRent you need to as well click: "Cancel rent on Holidu".
This you will find in each reservation details which came from Holidu
once you clicked on "Cancel rent o Holidu" it will send an info to Holidu and then you still need to cancel the reservation in myRent.
2. If Holidu is taking care of payment, YOU CAN NOT CANCEL THE RESERVATION. YOU NEED TO CONTACT HOLIDU WITH THE REQUEST OF CANCELING THE RESERVATION.
IF THE GUEST WANTS TO CANCEL THE RESERVATION, HE/SHE CAN DO SO BUT THE CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES (WHICH YOU ANTERED IN EXTRANET). GUESTS CONTACT HOLIDU AND HOLIDU CANCELLS RESERVATION.
