In order to ensure consistency on their website and to help market properties, Oliver’s Travels use copywriters to write the listing descriptions and have an in-house photographer who will optimise your photos for their website. Oliver’s Travels have a one-way connection with myRent which means that OT only pull prices and availability from myRent. The prices that are sent should be up to date and should be the same as the other portals.


Booking process: All bookings are on request which means that OT will send you a booking request email with the reservation details which you must confirm before they take the payment from the guest. You will need to reply to OT’s booking request emails if you want to accept the booking. Please find a booking request email example below:

If you accept a booking, you will need to add the reservation in myRent to block the calendar.  OT will then also send you a booking confirmation email – see example below.

Payments: Oliver’s Travels will collect payments from guests once you have sent an email to confirm that the booking requested is accepted. OT will send you a 20% deposit within the following 48 hours which is non-refundable. This means that if the guest cancels their reservation, you will not be required to refund this to OT. The remaining balance will be paid to you 15 days before the guests’ arrival.
