TFW works ONLY on request.  That means your myRent account is connected with TFW account via iCal.

iCal will just connect calendar availability. By your calendar availability, you be receiving from quests on your e-mail /TFW account an "BOOKING REQUEST". You HAVE to contact the guest and request the payment. At the same time you NEED TO MANUAL BLOCK AND ADD RESERVATION IN YOUR MYRENT CALENDAR. The reservation in myRent calendar will via iCal close the calendar on your TFW account (for that specific property).


AS TFW DOES NOT WORK ON DIRECT BOOKING THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO CONNECT CALENDARS OF MYRENT AND TFW.


How to find a iCal link in myRent:

Go to the object deatils - links:




When you have the link then you need to go to your TFW account under general advertisement- AVAILIBILITY CALENDAR




Click on iCal-Synchronisation



It will open a new window where you can paste your iCal from myRent


Once you added, this is how it should look like:



BE CAREFUL:

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ADD CORRECT MYRENT PROPERTY iCal IN CORRECT TFW property details!

If you don't receive a payment you manual delete the reservation in calendar in myRent to open an availability. myRent will iCal will adjust the calendar and you will ready to receive again "booking requests" for that specific period.
