eVisitor is only important for Croatia users of myRent. eVisitor is Croatian central place for guests registration. It is law in Croatia to check every guest which spends a night.
Now you can connect your myRent account with your eVisitor account.
With it when adding guests in your myRent account, you can set up that that myRent will send data to eVisitor automatically on the day of the guests arrival. With it you will save time.
NOTE: IN MYRENT FOR EACH RESERVATION YOU CAN USE A GUEST PORTAL. IN THAT WAY GUESTS CAN ADD ALL GUEST DETAILS NECESSARY FOR EVISITOR. YOU CAN CHECK IF THE DETAILS ARE CORRECT AND ON THE DAY OF THE ARRIVAL MYRENT WILL SEND DATA TO EVISITOR.
How to connect myRent and eVisitor:
Go to the main setting-B2B connection
Scroll down till you find other connections
Click on it and it will open a new window:
TAN LIST - to log into your eVisitor account you will still need to have TAN list. You can scan your TAN list and upload it into myRent.
*IMPORTANT: BUT, ONCE YOU CONNECT MYRENT WITH YOUR EVISITOR YOU DON'T NEED TAN LIST ANYMORE TO SEND THE DATA (TO CHECK IN THE GUESTS):
*IMPORTANT: It is not enough to coonect your myRent account with eVisitor, you have connected now your myRent account with eVisitor but the next step still would be to connect property.
Please go to the property details and click on eVisitor
In your eVisitor account you find your property. Each property will have a specific ID. This ID you need to add it in.
Property ID in eVisitor:
Once you added then choose your account number which you added previously
Enable eVistor will be activated as you enabled in the previous step. As well click on Check-in if you want myRent to sent automatically data to eVisitor on the day of guest arrival.
This shows you when you connected your myRent profile with eVisitor and number 2 (in this case) shows you how many eVisitor accounts you have connected (this in usually for agencies as they sign in clients in the name of the property owners)
