AGODA has their own extranet and here you can find short explanation.
When you log in you will find:
1. Overview - main page
- here you will find all details for your account and messages from AGODA team
2. Listings - list of properties
3. Messages - from guests
4. Profile - your profile

When clicking on listing you will find all your listing.
For each listings you will find:
1. Edit listing
2. Calendar
3. Pricing & Availability
4. Payment accounts
5. Bookings & earnings
Edit listings-Basics - will show you property detaials which you have added in myRent account for each property
Edit listings-amenities - will show you amenities list which you added in your myrent account
*NOTE-AGODA HAS A SMALL BUG. AMENITIES IN AGODA EXTRANET ARE NOT SHOWING CORRECTLY. TO CHECK ALL AMENITIES ALWAYS LOOK IN THE PREVIEW!
Edit settings-photos -will show you all photos added in your myrent account. Clicking on select a caption you can add photo description. This pat you have to do it manual. It is not possible to be pushed from myRent, it has to be added manually.
Edit settings-description - Name of property comes from myRent Description/Title of object
Edit settings/description- describe your place - it come from myRent Description/Main
Description-local recommendation - it comes from myRent description/Area
Description/House rules - comes from myRent description/House rules
2. Calendar
It will show you availability
*NOTE: AGODA HAS A SMALL BUG WITH CALENDAR AND CALČENDAR WILL NOT SHOW YOU THE REAL TIME AVAILIBILITY. TO CHECK THE CALENDAR YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE PREVIEW AND THERE CLICK ON CALENDAR.
Calendar sync - never import or export iCal calendar. It will create an ERROR. Sync is done by myRent direct connection.
3. Pricing & Availability
Price is set in myRent/Prices
Extra price is set in myRent prices - extra guest price
Additional fees can be set in myRent in Prices/Extra items

Promotion setup it can be set up in myRent under Prices/Extra items.
If you wish to set up promotions/ discounts please contact Davor davor@myrent.hr..
Setting up extra costs or promotion is more complicated feature in myRent and it needs to be done for the first time together with myRent team.
If you added promotions (in myRent we call it discounts) it will show it like this:
To see how it looks, you need to go on property preview and try to book a place.
Cancellation policy is set up in myRent under each property. Policy can be done for all property at once and it is done by myRent team.
You can find cancellation policy under property details, AGODA - ON- Details
You can choose from this policy:You can added it for each property manuly but if you want a group policy push please contact davor@myrent.hr
Availability:
This is pre-made by AGODA. The only part which you can change is Check-in/out time:
Check-in/out time can be set in property details-details:
Trip lenght is done in myRent price calendar
4. Payment accounts
AGODA is in charge of payments and here you add your payment account where the money needs to be sent.
This is pre-set by AGODA team when accepting their rules and conditions. This part is set when you receive a CHAIN CODE.
5. Bookings & earnings
Here you set up APPROVE PAYOUTS:
You can set up Auto-Pay which will allow AGODA to send you payouts after the guest has departed.
NOTE: TO RECEIVE FIRST PAYOUT FROM AGODA IT WILL TAKE 45 DAY. FROM TEH SECOND PAYOUT WILL BE DONE IN 5 WORKING DAYS.
