To add a manual reservation you simply use the shortcuts in myRent ( they are in the top right corner of your screen )

Clicking on the yellow highlighted "new" icon a window pops up asking you details of the reservation.


Fields:

  • Customer: Is used when a person / company was already in your CRM database so you don't need to fill contact info for them. Once you have a guest you can choose to add it to customer inside the reservation Contact details.
  • Object: Which apartment/room/villa are you making the reservation for
  • Rent price: Designated price of the reservation
  • In advance: Price of advance 
  • Rent status: Usually Confirmed, can be marked as pending or whatever you prefer
  • Payment method: Selected payment method the reservation holder will be using to pay for the reservation
  • Source: Where did this reservation come from, web (direct), portal(OTA)
  • Date from: Checkin
  • Date to: Checkout
  • Price note: Any note about the pricing
  • Contact information
    • Name: Reservation holder name
    • Email: Reservation holder email
    • Telephone: Reservation holder telephone
    • Country: Reservation holder country

MARKED IN RED IS REQUIRED TO BLOCK THE CALENDAR, REST IS OPTIONAL
